Juan Fernando Quintero is a Colombian professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder. He is currently a free agent and plays for the Colombian national team.

Quintero was born in Medellín, Colombia, on January 18, 1993. He began his career at Envigado FC, where he made his professional debut in 2010. In 2012, he moved to Pescara in Italy, where he spent two seasons.

In 2014, Quintero joined Porto for a fee of €10 million. He made a good start to his career at Porto, but he was loaned out to Rennes in 2015 and River Plate in 2018.

Quintero returned to Porto in 2019, but he was again loaned out to River Plate in 2020. He helped River Plate win the Copa Libertadores in 2020, scoring the winning goal in the final against Flamengo.

In January 2023, Quintero joined Junior FC on a free transfer. He has since made 11 appearances for the club, scoring two goals.
